Residents have a chance to win $100 gift cards for road-testing the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River’s new website.

Shire chief executive Stephanie Addison-Brown said the activities formed part of a bigger project to rebuild the Shire’s website.

“The goal is to create a new website that’s easy to use and find information on,” she said.

“By doing these online testing activities, community members will help us find issues with the current website and make some big improvements.”

More testing work and consultation would be offered in coming months, Ms Addison-Brown said.

Two test activities were available, and a gift card would be awarded for each, potentially allowing testers to win twice.
