West Aussies are being urged to check their Lotto numbers as a $1.6 million ticket sits unclaimed.

The winning ticket — sold at Malaga Newsagency — won a division one prize in Saturday’s Lotto draw.

Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney said it is the second division one prize to be sold by Malaga Newsagency in recent months.

“Malaga Newsagency was home to last October’s $30 million Powerball prize, which was shared by a group of 15 workmates,” he said.

“It’s great to see another Malaga millionaire created, thanks to this store.

“This Saturday Lotto winner takes WA to 16 Division One wins for 2025 so far, and hopefully the winner’s list continues to grow throughout the week.”

Another 19 West Aussies also took home division two wins of more than $7000.
