Ballajura car fire: Arson squad investigate after two cars damaged in ‘suspicious’ blaze
Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance for information as they investigate a “suspicious” blaze that destroyed two cars parked at a Ballajura home.
Police were called to a property on Oakfield Retreat about 11.50pm on Saturday, December 21 following reports a Holden Cruze and a blue Nissan Pulsar had been set alight.
Both cars were damaged in the blaze.
“Arson Squad detectives have released CCTV of three people they are seeking to identify in relation to this incident,” a police spokesperson said.
Detectives have urged anyone with information or footage of the area between 11.30pm and 12.30am to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online.
People providing information may remain anonymous if they wish.
Information that leads to the identification and conviction of an arsonist is eligible of rewards up to $25,000.
